Bayou Classic's stock pots are made of commercial grade aluminum. The stock pot kit is complete with boil basket and vented lid. Use these stock pots to boil large amounts of seafood, soups and other great southern dishes. The 42 quart stock pot is almost too big for your stovetop unless you are slow heating a soup or chili.

The Steam – Boil – Fry Stock Pots have indentions that raise the basket 1 ¾ inches above the bottom for steaming and boiling.
Use the basket in your stock pot for deep frying chicken, fish or hushpuppies; Steaming or boiling seafood, clams and vegetables. Uses without the stock pot basket include boiling soups, stews, gumbo, jambalaya and low country boil.
